Over 13+ years in IT, I’ve worked with everyone from early-stage startups to global enterprises, and my forte has always been execution: delivering on time, on budget, and on scope.

But what I’m proudest of is the people. Building and scaling teams taught me that great leadership comes down to clarity — which is what The Delegation Code is about, and what I coach managers on today.

My Story: From engineer to leader to author

I started my career as an engineer who loved solving technical problems. Over time, I moved into leadership — and quickly discovered that managing people was a very different challenge.

After years of doing too much myself, burning out, and then finding a systematic approach to delegation that transformed my team’s results, I decided to write it all down in The Delegation Code.

Today I write, speak, and coach on the topics of leadership, delegation, and productivity — helping IT professionals scale their impact without sacrificing their wellbeing.
